National Health Plan PPO

As a member of the association, you and your employees are eligible to access many exciting programs. These consist of consumers savings, business savings, travel savings, dental, vision, pharmacy and health benefit plans including but not limited to PPO's. The National Health Plan PPO program is a self-insured national health plan currently available in all lower 48 states. There are no referrals required and members can go out-of-network to any doctor.

Please contact our office for all plan benefit summaries and rates.

Not all members are eligible for all plans. You and/or your employer must be a member of the association and agree to be bound by its contractual agreements, including union membership, collective bargaining and authorizations. The national health plan is one of the many benefits offered through membership in the association. Once accepted, individuals may participate in the negotiated benefits and all union dues are included in the monthly rates.

The NAWU Local 831 is not affiliated with nor a subsidiary of the association. It is a separate business organization that operates completely independently.
